Belgian IT consultancy Dynapps, based in Geel, has acquired Spanish IT company Indaws, a specialist in Odoo ERP implementations.
With the takeover, Dynapps enters the Spanish market and continues its international growth strategy.
The acquisition marks Dynapps’ first step into Southern Europe, following earlier expansions in the Benelux, France and Switzerland.
Spain is rapidly emerging as one of the fastest-growing Odoo markets in the region, driven by SMEs and mid-sized companies accelerating their digital transformation and seeking scalable ERP alternatives to traditional systems.
Founded in 2014, Indaws has built a client portfolio of 134 references and has developed strong expertise in the distribution and construction sectors.
It is the fifth acquisition in a row for Dynapps, whose buy-and-build strategy has been supported since 2021 by investment firm Green Park Investment Partners.
According to Dynapps CEO Beau Osselaere, the deal brings immediate local expertise while strengthening the group’s European footprint. Indaws will continue to operate under its existing structure and with its current management and staff, in line with Dynapps’ approach of preserving local entrepreneurship after acquisitions.
Dynapps focuses on Odoo implementations for SMEs and mid-sized companies across Europe and aims to further strengthen its presence in Southern Europe as demand grows for ERP systems that can scale across borders.
