House of Covebo strengthens organization with Pro Industry and Wolfram Chain.
House of Covebo, part of the Belgian HR group House of HR and owned by Bain Capital, has acquired two Dutch staffing companies, Pro Industry and Wolfram Chain. This strategic move enhances its presence in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
Pro Industry specializes in providing machine and process operators for the manufacturing industry, while Wolfram Chain focuses on skilled logistics roles. Wolfram Chain has been operating independently within Pro Industry since 2022. Following the acquisition, both companies will continue to operate autonomously under their current management.
House of Covebo, known for its expertise in staffing low-skilled roles in sectors such as production and logistics, now broadens its portfolio to include skilled workforce solutions. This acquisition mirrors a similar double deal in 2022 when it acquired Bis People and FID.
The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and are pending approval from the Dutch competition authority (ACM).
