Distrilog Group is expanding once again. As of July 1st, Transport Michiels, a specialist in exceptional and oversized transport, will officially join the Distrilog family.
Transport Michiels, based in Hulshout, has built a strong reputation over the years in the niche field of special transport.
The acquisition brings valuable expertise into Distrilog’s portfolio and allows the group to broaden its service offering and tap into new markets.
The two companies complement each other well. While Distrilog provides a wide range of logistics and transport solutions, Transport Michiels adds unique capabilities in oversized goods transport. This synergy will enable the group to serve customers and prospects more comprehensively and flexibly.
For customers and employees, little will change. Transport Michiels will continue to operate under its own name as a separate division within the Distrilog Group. Existing contracts, contacts, and services remain unchanged, and employees will stay at their current location with the same team.
