Delen Private Bank strengthens its Dutch foothold by acquiring Servatus in ’s-Hertogenbosch.

Delen Private Bank has acquired Servatus Vermogensmanagement, a Dutch wealth management firm based in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Founded in 2010, Servatus manages over 700 million euros in client assets. With this acquisition, Delen’s total assets under management in the Netherlands exceeds 4 billion euros.

The deal aligns with Delen’s growth strategy in the Netherlands, where the Belgian-rooted bank aims to become a leading player.

Since entering the Dutch market in 2016, Delen has expanded through several acquisitions, including Oyens & Van Eeghen, Nobel Vermogensbeheer, and most recently Puur Beleggen and Box Consultants.

Frederik Kalff, Managing Director of Delen Netherlands, says: “Servatus aligns seamlessly with our investment philosophy and approach. We have the tools and expertise to offer their clients continued top-tier service. This acquisition strengthens our local presence in ’s-Hertogenbosch and broadens our national client base.”

Servatus also views the partnership as a step toward greater resilience and service optimization. Partner Peter van Galen says: “Our clients will keep working with the same trusted advisors, while also benefiting from Delen’s expertise and robust infrastructure. It allows us to operate more effectively and adapt to future challenges.”

The Servatus team will continue under the Delen brand. The transaction is expected to be completed later this year, pending regulatory approval.
