Delen Private Bank has acquired Utrecht-based asset manager Petram & Co from its founder Max Petram, who established the company in 2001.
As a result, Delen's assets under management in the Netherlands will grow to approximately 3.75 billion euros.
The deal comes less than a year after Delen acquired the Dutch family office Box Consultants.
The acquisition aligns with Delen Private Bank’s Dutch growth strategy, which aims to establish the bank as a leading player in the Netherlands' private banking and wealth management sector.
Originally from Belgium, the bank entered the Dutch market in 2016 with the acquisition of Oyens & Van Eeghen. This was followed by the acquisition of Nobel Vermogensbeheer in 2019, Groenstate Vermogensbeheer in 2023, and Puur Beleggen last year.
Financial details of the Petram & Co deal have not been disclosed.
