Belgian wealth manager Delen Private Bank has finalized the acquisitions of Dutch firms Petram & Co (Utrecht) and Servatus Vermogensmanagement (’s-Hertogenbosch), further consolidating its position in the Netherlands.
Both transactions were announced earlier this year – Petram in February and Servatus in April – but were subject to regulatory approval, which has now been obtained. Delen now holds 100 percent of the shares in both businesses.
The teams of Petram and Servatus will join Delen, while continuing to serve their existing client base under the same contacts. Offices in Utrecht and Den Bosch will remain open, although in Den Bosch a merger with Delen’s existing local team is under consideration.
The acquisitions mark another step in Delen’s steady Dutch expansion. The Antwerp-based group first entered the market in 2016 with the acquisition of Oyens & Van Eeghen, followed by Nobel Vermogensbeheer (2019), Groenstate Vermogensbeheer (2023), Box Consultants and Puur Beleggen (2024). With Petram and Servatus now integrated, the Netherlands is becoming a genuine “second home market” for Delen.
In parallel, the bank has also expanded in Belgium, completing the acquisition of Dierickx Leys Private Bank in April 2025. Delen’s strategy remains a mix of organic growth and selective acquisitions.
Delen specializes in discretionary wealth management and estate planning, operating with backing from long-term shareholders the Delen family and Ackermans & van Haaren. As of 30 June 2025, the group managed 70.1 billion euros in client assets across five countries with around 1,000 employees.
The Dutch business has grown steadily, employing around 65 staff across Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Hengelo, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Noordwijk, Utrecht and Waalre. Earlier this year, Delen was named Dutch Private Bank of the Year at the IEX Gouden Stier awards – for the second time.
Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
