CVC Capital Partners announces an investment in World of Talents. With this strategic investment, CVC wants to further support World of Talents in realizing its growth plans. Both the management of World of Talents and Baltisse remain on board.
This investment marks a new chapter in the history of World of Talents, with the aim of accelerating growth, diversifying its offering and expanding its geographic footprint – nationally and internationally.

Baltisse is selling its majority stake, but reinvesting a significant part. “We are very proud of the growth that World of Talents has achieved over the past five years since we joined. This new partnership offers promising opportunities for World of Talents to expand its services, accelerate growth and achieve further geographic international expansion.
World of Talents is a specialized, international HR group with a strong focus on shortage professions and talent management, active in outsourcing, interim (management) and recruitment & selection. Together they account for a turnover of 360 million euros, 50 million euros EBITDA and 4,512 active FTEs.
The company operates in Belgium and the Netherlands under the House of Talents brand. In Belgium it has 12 specialized departments: Care Talents & Human Supports Medical, Engi Talents, Executive Talents, Financial Talents, Food Talents, HR Talents, ICT Talents, Sales Talents, Science Talents, Supply Chain Talents, Technical Talents and Quintessence, the market leader. in assessment and talent management.

The transaction was supervised by Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, Deloitte and Rothschild for World of Talents and by Freshfields, EY, CFI and Lincoln for CVC.
