Odin Group acquires IT company 2invision Managed Services from the Belgian Crescent group.
With the acquisition of the company from Nuth (Limburg) - with branches in Waalre and Herentals (Belgium) - the Dutch Odin Group strengthens its market position in the south of the country and enters Belgium. The 30 employees and customer base of 2invision will be completely taken over.
For Odin Group, with branches in the east and center of the Netherlands, this acquisition fits perfectly with the ambition to grow as a Managed Service Provider in Belgium and the South of the Netherlands.
Arno Witvliet, CEO of Odin Group, is happy with this step: “2invision is a very nice addition to the services of our subsidiary Previder.
