Belgium’s Creaplan Group, based in Nazareth, has made a significant move in its European expansion.
Creaplan Group announces the acquisition of Skyline Whitespace, a UK leader in premium exhibition stand design.
This acquisition aligns with Creaplan’s strategy to strengthen its presence in key European markets and comes after recent structural changes within the company aimed at supporting its growth ambitions.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Creaplan has established itself in both premium exhibition stand design and corporate interiors. Through its Dutch subsidiary, For Live, the group also organizes corporate and sporting events. “Our work centers around experiential marketing - from trade show stands to corporate interiors and large events”, said Michael Debaveye, Group CEO of Creaplan.
The acquisition of Skyline Whitespace, a well-regarded UK firm with a turnover of 17.5 million euros and 66 employees, brings new opportunities. “The UK market, especially London, is critical for us, given the high concentration of multinationals and proximity to the US market”, Debaveye explained. The move also helps Creaplan manage post-Brexit logistical challenges by establishing local hubs that ensure smooth operations without delays at the UK-EU border.
Skyline Whitespace shares Creaplan’s commitment to premium design and sustainable practices, excelling in the use of recyclable materials and renewable energy. With prestigious clients like Moody’s, Capgemini, Hilton, and Bayer, both companies uphold high standards in design, technology, and client support. Skyline Whitespace’s leadership team, including CEO Mary Cole, will remain on board, backed by Creaplan’s group management to support further growth.
“We’ve known and respected each other for years”, Debaveye notes. “Our shared values and admiration for each other’s work make this partnership an exciting step forward.”
