Cordeel Group, together with SDM Corporate Finance Group and Imtech’s management, has completed a strategic capital increase via the Smart Deal platform.
The transaction brings additional resources and new private investors on board, broadening Imtech’s shareholder base and enabling faster growth and innovation.
Cordeel Group remains the reference shareholder, reinforcing Imtech’s position as a leading Belgian technical installation company. The strengthened structure will allow Imtech to scale up investments in talent, digitalisation and sustainable technologies, while retaining its management team and autonomy.
