The partnership underscores ConXioN’s commitment to measurable tech value, from standardized service models for SMEs to tailored solutions for larger organizations.
ConXioN Group from Waregem, a leading IT services provider, has acquired Integreat, a West Flanders-based specialist in IT infrastructure and business software, to deepen its presence in education and public sector markets.
The strategic move expands ConXioN’s expertise, merging Integreat’s sector-specific software solutions – such as Wings accounting and B-WISE – with ConXioN’s security and IT infrastructure capabilities, creating a unified ecosystem for clients.
The acquisition reinforces ConXioN’s local roots while enhancing its regional impact, particularly in sectors where autonomous decision-making, such as schools and municipalities, demands tailored IT support.
"In markets where digital projects directly affect citizens, students, and staff, understanding local needs is crucial", said Terah Lamont, Powered By Director at ConXioN. "Combining Integreat’s local presence with ConXioN’s scalable expertise creates a powerful synergy."
Integreat’s integrated software and infrastructure solutions will now benefit from ConXioN’s advanced security, AI-driven automation, and efficiency tools, ensuring stable and smarter IT management.
"Our clients can trust that Integreat remains the same – close, sector-savvy, and collaborative – now with even more expertise and innovation", assured Stefaan Missiaen, General Manager of Integreat. The entire Integreat team will stay on board, maintaining continuity while leveraging ConXioN’s resources.
This acquisition aligns with ConXioN’s strategic growth vision, embedding technology as a core driver of organizational goals. "We don’t just deliver IT; we shape digital growth alongside our clients", said Chris Debyser, CEO of ConXioN.
