Leading Belgian IT company ConXioN continues its growth trajectory with the acquisition of Cats&Dogs, a technology firm based at the Corda Campus innovation hub in Hasselt.
This move marks ConXioN’s physical presence across the entire Flanders region, from West Flanders to Limburg, strengthening its local reach and service delivery across the country.
The Corda Campus, known as Limburg’s innovation hotspot, was a deliberate choice. “We believe in the power of local presence to enhance customer satisfaction”, says Chris Debyser, CEO of ConXioN. “Being located in an innovation-driven environment allows us to stay close to our clients in Limburg and East Belgium.”
The acquisition significantly bolsters ConXioN’s expertise in Secure Modern Workplace, Microsoft Azure, and cybersecurity – particularly in helping organizations achieve NIS2 compliance. It also adds capabilities in Odoo, a popular all-in-one business platform, enabling ConXioN to offer more flexible and customized digital solutions.
