Belgian IT services company Cheops has acquired the Talent Solutions division of Systemat, further strengthening its position as a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Belgium and expanding its presence into Brussels and Wallonia.
The acquisition brings more than 40 experienced IT professionals to Cheops, taking the group’s total workforce past 500 employees. By integrating Systemat Talent Solutions, Cheops aims to deepen its expertise and broaden its service offering, particularly in Workplace Management, Cloud and Cybersecurity.
“This acquisition is an investment in people, knowledge and the future of our customers”, says Filip Goos, Group CEO of Cheops. “It fits perfectly with our ambition to further expand our role as a top-tier Managed Service Provider in Belgium.”
Systemat Talent Solutions, founded as part of the long-established Systemat Group, serves clients across Belgium with specialized IT staffing and project services. Customers will continue to receive their familiar support, while gaining access to Cheops’ full range of managed services.
“Joining Cheops offers new growth opportunities for both our employees and our clients within a strong, ambitious and people-oriented organization”, says Frederik Dewulf, CEO of Systemat Group.
The integration strengthens Cheops’ foothold in French-speaking Belgium and enhances its capacity to deliver faster, more specialized and efficient support to customers nationwide.
