Deerlijk-based Xinnix, a well-known manufacturer of frameless interior doors, has acquired Dutch distribution company Schreuder & Co.

The move strengthens its presence and service capacity north of the Belgian border.
It also marks a strategic push to deepen the company’s footprint in the Netherlands.
The takeover gives Xinnix access to Schreuder & Co’s established nationwide network, including its distribution center in Dordrecht and its experienced sales team. These assets are expected to support the expansion of Xinnix’s customer base, improve service speed, and provide more personal support for large-scale projects.
Schreuder & Co’s current director, Yasin Sakar, will join the structure of the newly formed sales office and remain closely involved in growing the brand in the Dutch market.
