Belgian technology company Carya, backed by Dutch investor Pride Capital Partners, has acquired German software provider Dagosoft. With this move, Carya enters one of Europe’s largest automotive markets.
Dagosoft processes data from more than 1,500 German dealership locations through integrations with 25 different systems.
The acquisition expands Carya’s expertise in business analytics and system integration, strengthening its position as a provider of integrated IT solutions and data-driven services for the automotive sector.
This marks Carya’s fourth strategic acquisition since joining forces with Pride Capital in December 2022.
For Pride Capital, the deal underscores its active role in the German market. Earlier this year, the private equity firm supported its German portfolio company GBC Group in completing its ninth acquisition in Germany.
