The dgtgroup from Belgium, formerly known as Digitopia until 2023, has acquired Dutch companies NFGD from Zoetermeer and TSS from Utrecht.
As a result of the two acquisitions, dgtgroup’s total revenue grows to approximately 40 million euros. Dgtgroup specializes in solutions in digital signage.
Earlier this year, dgtgroup became part of the Belgian investment firm Smile Invest. Smile Invest is part of the Smile Group, which raised 350 million euros in 2017 from dozens of entrepreneurs and managers in Flanders and the Netherlands.
Financial details of the two deals have not been disclosed.
