Belgian HR specialist Copus has acquired the Eminent Group from Apeldoorn, a company specializing in the placement of technical talent. In the past financial year, the company achieved a turnover of approximately twenty million euros. This marks the third acquisition by the Belgian firm in the Netherlands.
In 2023, Copus acquired Enginear, which has offices in Utrecht and Gouda. In 2022, Sratt+ was the first Dutch company to be acquired by Copus – a project sourcing expert in technical profiles. The acquisition is a perfect complement to Enginear, which focuses on junior engineers.
Copus aims to position itself as the go-to partner for technical talent in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. With the acquisition of Eminent Group, the group expands from twelve to thirteen brands.
