Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) has announced that its subsidiary, New Congol LLC, will acquire the assets of Congoleum Acquisition LLC, which operates under the name Congoleum Flooring.
The move strengthens B.I.G.’s manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio, and customer base, further solidifying its presence in the North American flooring market.
Founded in 1886, Congoleum Flooring is a well-established U.S. manufacturer known for its resilient vinyl flooring for the residential sector.
The company has earned a strong reputation for innovation and holds multiple patents that have shaped modern flooring technologies. B.I.G. plans to build on Congoleum’s legacy of innovation and operational excellence.
Congoleum Flooring is headquartered in Mercerville, New Jersey, with production facilities in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, and Cedarhurst, Maryland, employing around 270 people.

The transaction is expected to close by November 14, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
