International investment firm BC Partners has acquired a majority stake in IGS GeboJagema, a Dutch precision tooling leader for the healthcare industry.

The deal, conducted in partnership with existing investor Smile Invest and IGS’s management team, positions IGS for its next phase of international expansion and innovation.

As part of the transaction, Rabo Private Equity will exit its minority stake, while Smile Invest and the current management team will remain on board as minority shareholders. The deal is still subject to regulatory approvals and consultation with the works council.

Headquartered in Eindhoven with a growing U.S. presence in Georgia, IGS designs and manufactures ultra-high precision moulds used in critical healthcare applications, including drug delivery systems, diagnostics, contact lenses, and other medical consumables. IGS is especially well positioned in the fast-growing GLP-1 segment and now aims to expand into adjacent healthcare markets.
