Baert has taken a significant step forward by acquiring school supplier InterOffice.
This acquisition aims to expand Baert's offerings and improve customer service by combining the strengths of both companies.
Baert, located in Ternat and known for its extensive range of educational materials, creative supplies, and school furniture, will benefit from InterOffice’s expertise in school supplies, office materials, and digital boards. While the product ranges are still separate, efforts are underway to create a unified offering.
For now, customers will experience minimal changes, as InterOffice becomes part of the Baert Group, which remains a family-owned business with around 70 employees. The combined resources are expected to offer an even broader selection and maintain Baert’s renowned service.
