Apheon’s portfolio firm TMC acquires engineering specialist WEB

post-title

TMC, the Eindhoven-based technology consultancy, has acquired WEB, a fellow Eindhoven engineering and consultancy specialist.

The managing directors of WEB will join as co-shareholders, aligning with TMC’s strategy to meet growing demand for end-to-end engineering outsourcing, from concept and development to industrialization and scaling.

This acquisition, TMC’s second deal this year, follows the recent takeover of Sioux Technologies’ Belgian division and reflects the company’s accelerated buy-and-build strategy.

Since 2025, TMC has shifted from organic growth to strategic acquisitions, backed by a 435 million euros investment from Belgian private equity firm Apheon in 2024. The move also builds on TMC’s international expansion, including recent acquisitions in Sweden (Level21) and France (Adventec Consulting).

The deal responds to market demand for integrated engineering partners capable of handling complex projects. By combining forces, TMC and WEB aim to offer clients seamless, full-service solutions while reinforcing TMC’s position as a global leader in project-driven engineering.
