Altenova – a portfolio company of Sofindev – has taken a significant step in its growth strategy by acquiring A+ Beveiliging, a Dutch specialist in fire detection, intrusion security, and surveillance systems.
This acquisition enhances Altenova’s position in the international security technology market, adding deep local expertise in Dutch regulations and high-quality security solutions.
Founded in 2009, A+ Beveiliging has grown into a trusted provider of certified fire alarm, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems, serving clients across Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. With around 25 employees, the company is known for its pragmatic approach, short communication lines, and strong local presence.
