WVT Group, a Belgian industrial cleaning specialist, has made its largest acquisition ever by taking over Genk-based Roam Technologies.
De Tijd reports this.
This merger creates a hygiene company with over 75 million euros in revenue and 170 employees.
Additionally, French private equity firm Siparex has become the majority shareholder of WVT Group, broadening its ownership structure. Existing shareholders and top managers will remain with the company.
Previously backed by Belgian investment firm Sofindev, WVT Group has seen rapid growth, quadrupling its revenue in five years. CEO Ward Van Thielen aims for further expansion with Siparex’s support.
