Fagron strengthens EMEA leadership with acquisitions in Poland and Hungary and advances North American strategy.

Pharmaceutical compounding leader Fagron has expanded its position in the EMEA region through the acquisition of a customer portfolio from Amara in Poland and the takeover of Magilab in Hungary.

The deals, valued at a combined 26 million euros, are expected to generate mid-teen million euros in annual revenue and deliver an EBITDA margin above the current group average. With these additions, Fagron has completed ten acquisitions this year.

The company also secured a new long-term U.S. dollar credit facility of up to 225 million dollars from PGIM to support growth in North America. In addition, Fagron’s Sterile Services site in Boston has received a California license, enabling nationwide distribution from all Fagron 503B facilities in the United States.

CEO Rafael Padilla said the acquisitions and financing reinforce Fagron’s disciplined M&A strategy and will strengthen its market positions in both EMEA and North America.
