Christiaens continues to grow and has a new name: Dynamate.

The group around the IT company Christiaens announces with enthusiasm and pride that it is joining forces with Esign from Ghent, which as an official Shopify Plus partner is the specialist in Shopify (Plus), online and mobile software solutions, performance marketing and marketplace sales.

This new milestone for the group is combined with the launch of a shared identity and a complete rebranding. As of today, the group positions itself as one brand, called Dynamate. This initiative emphasizes Dynamate’s ambition to be a leading provider of total solutions for the digitalization needs of small, medium and large companies.

Growth trajectory with private equity
The investment company Sofindev entered into a partnership with the Christiaens family in June 2020 and invested in the capital of the company Christiaens NV, specialist in business software from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the intention of further accelerating the company’s already strong organic growth.

Acquisitions were also made. In December 2021, an initial joining of forces was achieved with Harmonize IT, a specialist in business software aimed at the chemical sector. In September 2023, the group around Christiaens was further strengthened with the investment in think IT, a specialist in tailor-made development of optimal IT solutions and support for SMEs and larger companies, with a focus on IT infrastructure, security, VoIP, managed services , and Microsoft 365 integrations and development.

And now follows the third acquisition with Esign and the rebranding of the company. Esign has been a specialist in building e-commerce platforms (Shopify & Shopify Plus), marketplaces (Amazon, etc.), content management systems, web and mobile applications and digital marketing solutions for many years. In addition, Dynamate and Esign have been working together for many years to link Dynamate’s business software with the solutions that Esign develops for mutual customers.

As a result of Esign joining the group, Dynamate is one of the few players in the market to offer its customers complete digital care.

The current partners of Esign, Anton Luyten and Matthias Stevens, will retain daily management of Esign and will become co-shareholders of Dynamate.
