De Bonte Group sells division to French Sateba
Sales of specific production departments for classic cement concrete sleepers.
De Bonte Group recently reached an agreement with the French multinational Sateba Group for the sale of a number of production departments for classic cement concrete sleepers. A concrete sleeper is a type of railway sleeper or railroad tie made out of steel reinforced concrete.
This transaction includes the Belgian production department of De Bonte in Laakdal, Baudour and the two French production sites of LIB Ferroviaire.
This decision is part of De Bonte’s strategy to further focus on their core activities and innovative solutions.
