CERRIX brings Fortino Capital on board to realize ambitious European growth.

Fortino Capital, the European investor in B2B software and ICT, today announces its investment in CERRIX, software for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

CERRIX, a fast-growing Dutch company headquartered in The Hague, serves 14,000 users in more than twenty countries. It has an annual growth of more than forty percent.

The CERRIX software ensures process control and compliance with legislation and regulations, such as DORA, GDPR, AI-act, NIS2, ESG, etc.

Fortino Capital, together with existing shareholders, invests in CERRIX to further grow the company and expand internationally. Fortino not only acts as a sounding board for the founder and his team, it will also actively support further internationalization with its expertise in growing companies. In addition to organic growth, growth through acquisitions is also actively explored. For Fortino, this represents the 5th platform investment in its Growth Private Equity Fund II.

Jeroen Van Godtsenhoven, Partner at Fortino Capital: “We believe there are many opportunities in the market for GRC software. The CERRIX technology meets the highest standards and forms a strong basis to create a lot of value for its users. We are very happy with this investment and expect a lot from it.”
