post-title

Vansichen Linear Technology has announced the acquisition of VDP Automation bv and its French subsidiary, VDP Automation Sarl.

This strategic move bolsters the company’s presence in Belgium and marks a significant step in expanding its operations in France.

The acquisition aligns with Vansichen’s growth strategy, building on VDP Automation’s strong reputation as a distributor of leading German brands such as Stöber, R+W, and Heinz.

Founded in 1994, VDP Automation has established itself as a trusted provider of high-quality products and technical expertise in both Belgium and France. The deal enables Vansichen to broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its foothold in the French market through VDP Automation Sarl’s existing infrastructure.

In the coming months, VDP Automation’s Belgian operations will be integrated into Vansichen Linear Technology, while the French branch will remain operational and continue to expand. Existing customers can expect uninterrupted service, with the added benefits of an expanded product range and enhanced technical support.

Pieter Vansichen, General Manager, emphasized the acquisition’s value: “This allows us to enhance our offerings and better support our customers with a wider range of drive solutions.”
