Team.blue, a major European digital service provider, has acquired AssoConnect, a French SaaS company known for its all-in-one management platform for non-profits. The deal marks a strategic move to expand team.blue’s reach in the non-profit sector across Europe.
Founded in 2014, AssoConnect supports over 40,000 non-profits with tools for member management, accounting, payments, communications, and legal compliance.
The Paris-based company will now benefit from team.blue’s infrastructure and European footprint, accelerating its growth and mission to simplify operations for non-profits.
With operations in 22 countries and over 3.3 million customers, team.blue already serves more than 80,000 non-profits. The acquisition strengthens its position in this space, while supporting its broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
