Numeris recently acquired four new firms – ACE Conseil, Otsar, Stentor and Bexco Conseil – increasing its consolidated revenue to €42 million.
Founded in 2024 by Guillaume Bazan and Vladimir Komnenovic for accounting firms seeking to combine their entrepreneurial autonomy with a shared service platform, Numeris aims to rank among the top 10 accounting groups in France and to reach €200 million in revenue by 2030.
With the addition of ACE Conseil, Groupe Otsar, Groupe Stentor and Bexco Conseil, Numeris now has 350 employees across 20 locations. “These transactions mark a decisive step in our growth by extending our territorial reach and strengthening our advisory offering to business owners on their wealth management challenges,” comment Guillaume and Vladimir (pictured).
The wealth management activities of Otsar and Stentor will be incorporated into Numeris Patrimoine, bringing its assets under management to €60 million. “Joining Numeris gives new dimension to the project we have been building for over 25 years; multidisciplinary, hands-on advisory, alongside the business owner at every stage of their journey, on the key issues of their business and personal wealth: strategy, financing and wealth management,” says Otsar co-founders Guyh and Max Moyal.
ACE Conseil and Bexco Conseil become part of SECAB, which has grown by more than 40% over the past twelve months with Numeris's support. “We are enthusiastically joining Numeris, united by a shared vision of the accounting profession: giving entrepreneurs a broad range of services and expertise, supporting them through their digital transition as a genuine lever for success,” shares Bexco Conseil’s Bruno Burger.
Founder Gilles Roux echoes that joining the shared service platform will amplify and improve ACE Conseil’s offering in a constantly changing environment. “ACE Conseil has always been defined by its commitment to accompanying clients and delivering services to them,” he says. Based across two locations in the Var, it relies on a close-knit team to advise clients at every stage of their growth.
Thomas Naulier, who has built Stentor on the conviction that technology can deliver excellent accounting and wealth management services at scale since founding it in 2011, adds: “Numeris shares this ambition and this vision, and gives us the means to take it further.”
The four new accounting firms preserve their DNA while benefiting from Numeris's shared services platform, including finance, HR, IT, recruitment, proprietary tech and AI tools.
Amplifying entrepreneurial DNA through acquisitions
The integration of ACE Conseil, Otsar, Stentor and Bexco Conseil marks five successful acquisitions for Numeris so far in 2026 backed by Belgian investor Strada Partners – including the addition of Comptagest in February.
“Over the past few months, I have formed a strong conviction: a cultural gap cannot be made up for after an acquisition. It is avoided beforehand,” says Vladimir. “This is why we are not looking for firms to join, but for managers and teams with whom we can partner. Teams that want to evolve, transform and continue to develop. Each firm that joins us must strengthen the group's entrepreneurial culture and not dilute it.”
With Comptagest, Numeris expanded its presence into Grand Est, an administrative region in northeastern France, marking another big milestone for the company. “We were convinced by the quality of the Comptagest teams,” Guillaume explains. Led by Marc Weisbecker, Dorothée Forrett and Francis Lang, Comptagest is recognised for its close ties to the local business community and for supporting the leaders of small businesses throughout the entire lifecycle of their companies.
As with the other four acquisitions, Comptagest kept its autonomy and identity, and the teams remain the same. Numeris also set a clear ambition to support the business’s evolution towards an agile service-oriented model, capable of responding to the profound changes in the profession (from digitalisation and electronic invoicing to evolving customer expectations).
Additionally, all new firms benefit from the Numeris Academy, a skills development program, with courses covering consulting skills, management, generative artificial intelligence and operational management.
Vladimir reiterates that each firm shares the Numeris vision: “These shared values are key, because they make us want to spend time together and we are convinced that if we want to last over time, we must also want to spend good times together, stick together and celebrate small (and big) victories.”
