Belgian investment company Sofina has acquired a minority stake in Creature Comforts, a fast-growing UK-based pet care provider that blends online services with physical veterinary clinics.

Founded in London three years ago, Creature Comforts offers 'integrated pet care', combining virtual consultations, in-person clinics, and a subscription model. Subscribers pay a monthly fee for benefits such as unlimited consultations, annual vaccinations, and discounts on additional services.
The investment of Sofina will enable Creature Comforts to accelerate its expansion, including opening new clinics, introducing 24/7 care, and further developing its technology platform. Sofina’s backing underscores the growing demand for innovative, tech-driven pet care solutions in the UK market.
