SAP has announced its intention to acquire SmartRecruiters, a leading talent-acquisition platform renowned for high-volume hiring, automated workflows and AI-enhanced candidate experiences. Integrating SmartRecruiters with SAP SuccessFactors will offer HR teams and M&A professionals a unified solution for attracting and retaining top talent.
SmartRecruiters’ user-friendly interface and efficient processes are designed to accelerate hiring, improve decision-quality and reduce time-to-hire. Candidates benefit from a streamlined, responsive application experience, while HR departments gain visibility across the entire recruitment funnel within a single system.
More than 4,000 organisations worldwide already use SmartRecruiters’ standalone solution.
Pending regulatory approval, the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025. Financial terms have not been disclosed; J.P. Morgan served as exclusive financial adviser to SmartRecruiters.
