Belgian renewable energy company EnergyVision has officially announced its plans for an initial public offering (IPO) on Euronext Brussels, with the offering expected to launch on June 27, subject to market conditions and regulatory approval by the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).
The IPO will be open to both retail and institutional investors in Belgium and internationally. While no official price range has been disclosed yet, sources indicate the company aims to raise between 50 million euros and 70 million euros through the issue of new shares.
Proceeds from the IPO will be used to accelerate the company’s growth in solar energy and EV charging infrastructure, as well as to fund potential acquisitions, particularly in Belgium and the Netherlands.
EnergyVision, based in Ghent, provides solar energy and mobility-as-a-service solutions to both private and corporate clients. In 2024, it reported consolidated revenues of 99.6 million euros and an EBITDA of 26.9 million euros. The company employed 220 staff at the end of last year.
Existing shareholders, including Marc Coucke’s investment firm Alychlo, have committed to subscribing for 11 million euros in shares as part of the IPO, signaling strong internal support for the public offering.
The IPO marks a major milestone for EnergyVision as it looks to solidify its leadership in the renewable energy transition and expand its footprint across Europe.
