AXI Group is a Belgian-Dutch software company active in retail, government, healthcare, service and industry.
With the acquisition, Axi wants to grow further and further strengthen its position as a supplier of leading software and IT solutions. The company says the deal will enable it to offer an expanded suite of legal tech solutions. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Axi has been on an acquisition spree since the company was acquired by Belgian investor Strada Partners in 2022. Last year, the IT companies Tilroy, InterIT and ITP Group were acquired. Datalink was incorporated two years ago.
