Dossche Mills, one of Europe's largest milling companies, has acquired West Flanders-based family business Molens T’Kindt, reinforcing its foothold in the Belgian flour and milling industry.

The acquisition, which has been formally approved by the Belgian Competition Authority, is part of Dossche Mills’ strategic growth plan to expand within the industrial segment of the flour and meal production market. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Founded in 1946 and based in Kerkhove (Avelgem), Molens T’Kindt has built a strong reputation over nearly 80 years as a trusted supplier of high-quality flour and meal products for bakers, pastry chefs, and food producers both in Belgium and abroad. The company is known for blending traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.

“This acquisition is a logical step in our growth strategy”, says Kristof Dossche, CEO of Dossche Mills. “We share a common focus on quality and customer orientation. This will allow us to further strengthen our offering in Belgium and respond even more effectively to the needs of our customers.”
