Belgian tech company makes another Dutch acquisition

post-title

Belgian IT services provider Amista has acquired the Dutch activities of Hoofddorp-based technology company Aarini.

The deal covers Aarini Consulting and Aarini Solutions, both specialists in data platforms and cloud technology. As part of the acquisition, Amista also obtains intellectual property, including a proprietary Product Information Management (PIM) solution.

Amista is part of the Belgian Ando Group, which is owned by investment firm Capital A. Since Capital A acquired a 50 percent stake in 2023, Amista has pursued an active buy-and-build strategy. In June, the company acquired Utrecht-based tech firm GeONE, a specialist in document and information management, followed in August by the acquisition of Belgian company Alluvion.

Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
