Nova Reperta, a Brussels- and Amsterdam-based management consulting firm, has secured Tilleghem as a new strategic investor, replacing previous backer Ardian (2021–2026).
The partnership aims to fuel Nova Reperta’s next growth phase, deepen its operational expertise, and expand its AI-driven transformation capabilities – a key focus under Ardian’s tenure. Simultaneously, a new generation of partners has joined the firm’s ownership, strengthening leadership continuity.
Founded in 2011, Nova Reperta specializes in strategy execution, operational redesign, and digital transformation, serving clients like AXA, Carglass, and DPG Media, as well as private equity portfolio companies.
Originally focused on service sectors, the firm has expanded into consumer goods and operationally intensive industries, while growing its digital/IT arm, Nova Ventura. With 80 consultants and a network of 100+ associates, Nova Reperta supports end-to-end transformations – from financial restructuring to AI adoption.
