Belgian IT company Alistar, formerly known as ESC Group from Ghent, has acquired Harbers Group, an IT services provider based in Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands.
This marks Alistar’s fifth Dutch acquisition in three years and aligns with its strategic ambition to expand its footprint in the Netherlands.
Alistar specializes in business applications, cloud solutions, ICT security, and DevOps services. With this acquisition, the company strengthens its position in the Dutch market while continuing its rapid growth under the ownership of Capital A, the private equity firm that took a stake in the then-ESC Group in 2022.
The acquisition of Harbers follows previous Dutch deals including Qexpertise (Veenendaal), Advisie, Goodzo (Zoetermeer), and Ensior (Driebergen). With Harbers on board, Alistar now employs more than 750 professionals and generates annual revenues exceeding 125 million euros .
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
