Antwerp-based AgeTech company Nobi has secured 35 million euros in an oversubscribed Series B funding round, reflecting the rising demand for AI-driven solutions to address global aging challenges.

The announcement follows a recent partnership with Frontier Management, a leading U.S. senior care provider, highlighting growing trust in Nobi's AI-powered smart lamps for fall prevention and eldercare.

The funding was led by Angelini Ventures and Nexus NeuroTech Ventures, with support from Japan’s 15th Rock and existing investors, including EQT Life Sciences and PMV. The investment will fuel Nobi's global expansion and product development, aiming to support older adults and their caregivers with innovative features.

Nobi's AI lamps, which integrate real-time monitoring and privacy-conscious local data processing, help prevent and respond to falls in eldercare settings. Recent analyses show Nobi reduces response times after falls by 94 percent and cuts fall incidents by up to 84 percent in care facilities.

CEO Roeland Pelgrims describes the funding as a testament to the growing demand for AgeTech solutions that combine technology, usability, and design, while investors emphasized Nobi's potential to transform eldercare globally.
