Initium, the holding company of entrepreneur Maarten Bynens, has sold its stake in LVC Solutions, a Genk-based specialist in compressed air and generator solutions, to Atlas Copco.
This transaction marks the culmination of a decade-long growth journey for LVC Solutions, which has established itself as a key player in the compressed air industry.
For Atlas Copco, the acquisition strengthens its direct service network in East Belgium, aligning with its strategy of targeted bolt-on acquisitions to enhance existing operations.
The 14 employees of LVC Solutions will be integrated into Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Service division.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

LVC Solutions, celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, has been a trusted provider of 24/7 service, leak detection, energy audits, and the supply and installation of compressed air systems and power generators from leading brands like Ingersoll Rand and Hertz.
