Alychlo, the investment firm led by entrepreneur Marc Coucke, has acquired the remaining shares from Olivier Saverys, the founder of MaisonRouge.
With this acquisition, Alychlo now fully owns Nothing Happens Without You, the holding company that manages MaisonRouge, Challenge MC, PayPeople, and other businesses.
This milestone marks a significant step for Alychlo in the interim staffing and payroll services sector – a dynamic market filled with growth opportunities.
