Accuramed, a distributor of medical technology in the Benelux, today announced the acquisition of BeMedico, based in Herzele.
This transaction aligns with Accuramed’s buy-and-build strategy, supported by investment fund Down2Earth Capital (D2E) since 2024.
Earlier this year, Accuramed also acquired Dutch company PT Medical, further expanding its cardiorespiratory portfolio. These acquisitions mark a significant step in Accuramed’s growth strategy, focusing on a complementary and future-oriented offering in diagnostics and treatment.
In recent years, Accuramed has achieved strong growth, both organically and through targeted acquisitions such as Clindia and MML Medical in 2025.
Following the acquisition of BeMedico, the organization now employs nearly 100 people and reaches a consolidated turnover of approximately 50 million euros. Karel Knez, Co-CEO of Accuramed, emphasizes that BeMedico’s customer-focused approach and deep clinical expertise align perfectly with Accuramed’s culture.
Dominique Soetaert, CEO of BeMedico, views the acquisition as a logical next step after years of professionalization and growth. For customers and partners, this move ensures continuity, enhanced by additional strength and a broader product range. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
