Agreement for takeover of KV Oostende
Football club KV Oostende has the green light to join forces with Apex Capital Global.
The ailing KV Oostende provided an update on the takeover and the license. KV Oostende’s license file must be submitted on May 16. A few days later the verdict will follow at the Belgian Arbitration Center.
To obtain that license, the takeover of Oostende must be completed. Administrator Werner Van Oosterwyck has announced that there has been an agreement to join forces with the investment fund Apex Capital Global LLC, represented by Mark Campbell.
Van Oosterwyck also indicates that a number of issues still need to be resolved and that he will provide more detailed news next week.
