Teona Aptsiauri appointed Counsel at Four & Five
Antwerp-based law firm Four & Five has appointed Teona Aptsiauri as Counsel as of 1 June 2026. The appointment reflects her growing role within the firm and her strong reputation in the M&A market.
Aptsiauri specialises in mergers & acquisitions and advises both buyers and sellers on acquisitions, investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She is known for her pragmatic approach, strong negotiation skills and her ability to keep the human side of transactions in focus.
