Reinart Vos to head up ACE Law’s VC practice

post-title

ACE Law has appointed Reinart Vos as a partner, responsible for heading up its venture capital (VC) practice while continuing to support corporate transactions more broadly.

The law firm now consists of 16 lawyers specialised in fund formation, private equity, M&A and IP. “The [VC] practice is a natural extension of ACE Law’s existing offering, and I look forward to working with founders, funds and investors across this ecosystem,” Reinart Vos shares.

He spent the last five and a half years at Cambrian, first as a senior associate and later as a partner. Before this, he was an associate in Cresco’s corporate practice for almost four years. “A sincere thanks to my former colleagues at Cresco and Cambrian for the collaboration and many lessons learned along the way,” he adds. “What a ride it has been!”

While his career as an advisor only officially kicked off in 2014, as a corporate lawyer with HVG Law, he had completed several summer associate positions prior to this, too – including at Tiberghien, HVG Law and PwC.

His very first role was as a trainee at Advocatenkantoor Vandendriessche in 2012.

Reinart has an advanced master’s degree in tax law.

“New firm. Same focus. Time to ACE it,” he concludes.
