Jonathan De Landsheere joins Baker Tilly Law Belgium

Jonathan brings more than 14 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, advising entrepreneurs and investors on a broad range of M&A transactions. Throughout his career, he has guided clients through complex acquisitions, growth trajectories, and strategic investments, building a strong reputation in the Belgian corporate legal market. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Law, he also gained valuable experience at EY, where he further developed his expertise in corporate advisory and transactional work.

At Baker Tilly Law Belgium, Jonathan will play a key role in developing the M&A practice into one of the firm’s core pillars. His arrival also reinforces the close collaboration between the legal teams of Baker Tilly Law and the Corporate Finance professionals within Baker Tilly, enabling the firm to offer clients a fully integrated and multidisciplinary approach to mergers, acquisitions, and business growth projects.
