Jari Ingang joins KooKoo Strategy
M&A strategy consulting boutique KooKoo Strategy has appointed Jari Ingang as Engagement Manager, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in private equity value creation and commercial due diligence.
Ingang brings experience across consumer goods, financial services, and industrial sectors in the Benelux and broader European market. His background includes advisory work focused on value creation, procurement optimisation, and operational transformation, with previous roles at firms including Kearney, AE and Mediagenix.
At KooKoo Strategy, he will support private equity-backed companies and corporate clients on strategic and commercial challenges, with a focus on translating strategic plans into measurable operational impact. According to the firm, Ingang combines a hands-on and commercially grounded approach with strong analytical and operational expertise.
