Caroline Goddeeris joins PMV Life Sciences & Care as strategic advisor

Caroline Goddeeris obtained her Master's and PhD (in pharmaceutical sciences) from KU Leuven. She completed her MBA at Vlerick Business School in 2009 and has since earned several executive education qualifications, including in corporate finance. Her career started at UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company in Brussels, where she served as an internal consultant during her MBA internship. She then worked her way up to associate director of new product planning and portfolio management, and later, operations for the Established Brands and Supply division. This included analysing M&A projects’ due diligence activities, commercial opportunity assessments and valuations.

In 2014, Caroline was appointed as an associate at Gimv Health & Care, and in 2016, she was promoted to principal of the division. In 2022, she started serving as a board member for several biopharmaceutical companies, including TargEd, AstriVax, Confo Therapeutics, and Tubulis GmbH.

She has also been putting her M&A experience to use as a board member and partner at several investment and financial advisory firms, including FundPlus, SFPIM and Heran Partners. This will come in handy in her new role at PMV.
