Yuma, specialist in digital transformation, makes another acquisition

Following the acquisition of Aprico Consultants earlier this year, Yuma is now acquiring B12 Consulting.

Yuma, a participation of the Brussels investor M80 Partners, buys the Walloon Brabant B12 Consulting. This offers technological solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI).

Earlier this year, Yuma acquired Zaventem-based Aprico Consultants. Yuma has the ambition to become “one of the leading players in Europe’s digital transformation market”.

Yuma is owned by private equity investor M80 Partners. M80 was founded at the end of 2018 by Peter Maenhout (ex-Gimv). The fund then raised 200 million euros. It focuses on growth companies in the consumer sector, healthcare, business services and the manufacturing industry in the Benelux and France.

In addition to Yuma, M80 Partners’ portfolio also includes the companies SD Worx, LASEA, Accès Vision, Gerantis, Le Pain Quotidien, Spantech, Theuma and Eurodommages.
