VGP buys large land in Alsace

VGP expands its presence in France with the acquisition of a 21-hectare site in Mulhouse from Stellantis.

VGP is a pan-European manager and developer of high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate. As a construction company through and through, its strategic focus today is on the development of large business parks for multiple tenants.

On January 30, The listed family business announces the purchase of a 21 hectare site, currently used as a parking lot, located on part of the Stellantis site in Mulhouse, France. In a dynamic region currently facing a shortage of industrial and logistics space, this new park will help meet the growing needs of businesses.

The Group wants to develop a modern business park of approximately 100,000 m² for industrial and logistics companies on a 21 hectare site in the short term. Construction work will start in the first quarter of 2025 and the first buildings will be completed at the end of 2025.
